Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100 within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Return Policy

At J. Lustin Burke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, or styled.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Damaged or defective items that have been caused by customer misuse or improper handling.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return – To request a return, please contact our customer service team at servicecenter@jlustinburke.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Return – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided shipping instructions.
  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please contact our customer service team at servicecenter@jlustinburke.com.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If the item is defective or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at servicecenter@jlustinburke.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
